DAVE CAMPBELL: BREWMASTER

Dave was born and raised in Hawaii and is a 1985 graduate of Punahou School. Dave launched his career in craft brewing and founded Oahu Home Brewing Supply. he is certified by the National Federation of Brewers and the American Craft Brewing Academy. Dave has authored many articles on craft brewing and on the history of brewing in Hawaii and has taught on the subject of beer at the University of Hawaii. While many regard him as the “Father of Craft Beer,” we simply think that his beers are absolutely the best in Hawaii, maybe even the world.

CHEF AURELIO: EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Aurelio is a native of Isabella, Philippines. He believes that he was destined to move to Hawaii at the age of 16 for the sole purpose of one day joining the Aloha Beer Team. Chef has been passionately pursuing a culinary journey of pairing great Hawaiian food with fine beers and wines ever since. If you see him peeking from the kitchen, that is because he really wants to see the expression on your face when your taste buds explode with the flavors of his cooking and Aloha Beer.

STACEY SANTOS: BEER HALL MEISTER

Stacey Santos is the “Beer-Hall Meister” of Aloha Beer Company. Stacey has been in the food service industry ever since he was 15 years of age in Hawaii and in California. When he asks you “How is everything?” don’t ever say “okay,” he needs to know that you are having a fabulous experience. Stacey truly is our Mr. Aloha.
